2. Holiday Filter Roast:
Roasted for a medium filter profile, it opens with notes of red apple and toffee, complemented by a smooth roasted-hazelnut finish. The cup is clean, balanced and sweet, offering a comforting yet vibrant expression of Peru’s mountain terroir.
