Return Process

For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach a clear photo of the product and the packaging to help our team assess the situation.

Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization or confirm a replacement shipment within 2 business days.

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
